Become a Member of NAPKA
To become a member of the NAPKA, you need to complete 3 simple steps:

Pay the Membership Dues of $40 USD using PayPal
or Send check or money order, made out to NAPKA to:

Fillout, print and sign the Waiver Form
Send the Waiver Form and a Passport like Photo via email to: membership@napka.org or Send the Waiver Form and a Passport like Photo via snail mail to:

Once the Membership Dues, Waiver Form and Photo have been received,
we will activate your membership.
